Privacy notice

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Bunsun Limited ("bunsun", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17496728, runs the website bunsun.io. This notice explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and how we protect it, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Bunsun Limited is the data controller. You can contact us at hello@bunsun.io.

1. What we collect

When you use the Book a demo form, we collect:

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

The website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Rybbit, a cookieless analytics service, to count page visits and see how people find the site. It records pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type and approximate country, and does not identify you personally. Like any website, our hosting providers process your IP address and basic request details to deliver the page and keep the service secure.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data only on our behalf:

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

4. How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for the length of our relationship and any legal record-keeping period. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello@bunsun.io. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.

6. Children

The website is for businesses and organisers. It isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.

7. Changes to this notice
